Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

To start a return, contact us at rivexathletics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rivexathletics@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Certain hygiene-related products may also be non-returnable for health and safety reasons

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Refund Policy
